Care + Cleaning

OUR MATERIALS:

All of our materials are handmade from artisans all over the world. The fabrics are hand-dyed with natural botanicals and ingredients. Due to this, we don’t recommend getting Jenna Bee products wet. 

CLEANING: 

If cleaning is necessary, spot clean with a damp towel and leave in the sun to air dry. Never submerge the whole bag in water. If the canvas lining of your bag needs a refresh, gently hand wash the lining with soap and water and air dry. Please avoid getting the outside fabric wet.

REPAIR:

Jenna Bee is happy to offer repairs on any damaged Jenna Bee bag. Please email us jenna@jennabeehandmade.com with pictures and your order number for more information.
