Our Return Policy

HANDMADE & ONE-OF-A-KIND

We hope that you appreciate the beauty of our small-scale collections. Should you find any imperfections, please note that is due to the handmade fabric and materials. Each of our products are unique and one-of-a-kind which can lead to slight variations from the product pictures listed on our website.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, you can contact us at jenna@jennabeehandmade.com. Please email us your name, order number, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you more information on how to ship the returned product back to us. Please note, we are a very small business and not responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the bag. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return. Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging.

SALE

If you purchase the product on sale for 20% off or more, the order is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

IMPERFECT SALE

If you purchase an Imperfect Sale product, the order is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

HOLIDAY

We understand that our customers shop early for holiday gifts and we want to be as flexible as we can to accommodate your needs. Items purchased between November 17th and December 24th will be valid for exchanges or store credit through January 8th. As a (very) small business we deeply support your support but unfortunately, cannot handle holiday returns into the new year. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also email us at jenna@jennabeehandmade.com.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REPAIR

Jenna Bee is happy to offer repairs on any damaged Jenna Bee bag. Please email us jenna@jennabeehandmade.com with pictures and your order number for more information.
